Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase of any items. Returns will only be accepted in unused condition. Stickers must be unpeeled on the original sheet. Personalised and made to measure items (including personalised wall stickers, wall murals, personalised accessories) are non-refundable, except faulty or damaged item. Should the product arrive damaged or faulty and you require return/exchange please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product by email info@mimainteriors.co.uk  

1. What you are required to do in case of return or refund:

If you want to return an unused product, kindly email us at info@mimainteriors.co.uk and we will respond within 24hours with the given instructions particular to your case.

You can then return the product to the following address: MiMA Interiors Limited, 3 Bishop Court Gardens, Clyst St Mary, Devon, EX5 1DH.

If the product you received is damaged and faulty, please email us with a picture of it. We will substitute it with another product and will also cover its shipping cost.

We give our customers 1-year guarantee if the wall stickers start to peel off. In that case, kindly contact us on the same email so we can guide you accordingly.

2. Under what circumstances we offer returns & refunds:

We provide exchange returns and refund services for our customers who received a faulty product and the company will bear the shipping cost as well. Just be sure to contact us and share the images via email.

If you change your mind and no longer want the product, then you can return the unused product back to us. However, shipping cost will covered by you.

If you didn’t like the product then you can ask for an exchange of product with similar value and we’ll send you another product as a replacement and covering shipment cost.

If you did not like the product and want a refund, then just ship the unused product back to us and we will refund the amount.

In case of item being faulty:
Customers need to contact us in the case of receiving faulty items and we will guide them accordingly. We will provide a complete refund or exchange, whichever the customer wants, and also bear the cost of shipping.

Receiving wrong product:
We will cover the cost of the wrong parcel return shipment and resend the correct product to the customer.

Parcel not delivered:
If your order is not received within two weeks, please contact us and we will investigate the reasons for delay with our courier service provider and then a new parcel will be dispatched.

Cancellation during shipping:
It is not possible to cancel the order during its shipment process. The customer needs to either return the parcel or reject the parcel when the courier service delivers it.

3. Time frame in which we accept returns?

Customers need to submit their returns within 30 days of receiving their items. Personalised or made-to-measure products are non-refundable.

4. When can you expect the refund amount?

It will take up to 7 working days to reflect the amount refunded in your account. The payment will be reverted back to the same account or card from which you paid for the product.
