MiMA Interiors collects information from our customers when a transaction is made.
The information collected by Us includes your name, email address, delivery address, phone numbers and the goods purchased. We can also chose to opt in to create an account with us to receive updates and promotional information.
We do not store payment data; payment is instead handled by a third party either Paypal.
We collect reviews, videos or pictures shared with us by customers through our website or social media channels.
How do we use the data?
We will use your personal data to process your order and manage your account for the purposes of completing a contract of sale of goods or services.
Additionally, if you have given your consent, we will use your data to provide you with information on products, services, and for other relevant marketing communication.
Your data is required by us and specific third parties for the processing of transactions, delivery of goods, and account management. We do not sell or provide your information to third party companies that are not involved in completing the transaction you have requested.
Where product review information, images and videos have been provided to MiMA Interiors via the Webiste, Facebook, Instagram the submissions are freely given by users and users are under no requirement to provide such information. Where such information is provided, we reserve the right to utilise any provided material in its marketing.
To complete a transaction and to allow delivery of goods, it will be necessary for us to pass relevant information to courier and delivery services that we use.

The first of these activities is required to provide a functional website and is inline with GDPR cookie guidelines; the second can be opted out from on first visit to the site using the displayed cookie banner. MiMA Interiors uses analytics cookies to monitor traffic flow through the website.
